 sweet!-- "For I am kind..."  Very nice work, the composition is excellent. I would have worked on the positioning of the man a little so he's looking at the tentacles more, as he's looking more in the direction of the wall right now. Also, pay attention to the relative sharpness/blur of your stock, since there's a very noticeable difference in between different pieces of stock, which doesn't make for a very cohesive image, though. You are right, though; this is much better than a lot of the nearby art.

Reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean. Nice job, but I think you should have used better stock for the sparks, as I feel it does not blend into the picture very well. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
